ESHP 3620 - New Market Entry

Description: Corporations are discovering innovative ways to increase revenues by selling their products into new markets. Students will learn how intra-preneurs (employees inside the firm) research, analyze and create market entry strategies for the delivery of products to those markets. The course will also explore competition, market size, potential market share, revenue generation, cost of market entry and barriers to entrance. Prerequisite: ESHP 3310 , 3320, 3330, 3340 with a C or better is required for enrollment.
