ESHP 3310 - Entrepreneurial Thinking


Credits: 2

Description: This course will teach the design thinking process, which will center around five stages: empathy mapping (learning and listening to customer requests), defining (framing the problem and exploring solutions), ideating (brain blowout, where no ideas are bad), designing (bringing solutions to vision by sketch or rapid prototyping), and develop/testing (failing fast). Entrepreneurs will use the design thinking process to formulate and refine ideas for products and services. Prerequisite: C or better in one of ESHP 1010 , 1020, 1030, 1040, or 1050.
