ESHP 3610 - Intrapreneurs and Innovation

Description: Innovation and creativity abounds in companies today. The secret is to empower employees who have creative ideas to help the firm’s growth. Establishing an entrepreneurial process in a corporate setting is essential. The course will teach how to propel the internal project, partner with an external organization to make the project a joint venture, or spin the project off into an independent company. These decisions are crucial as the idea matures. Prerequisites: ESHP 3310, 3320, 3330, 3340 with a C or better is required for enrollment.
