NURS 3007 - Nursing Foundations Credits: 2
Description: The student will learn basic skills associated with the care of individuals across the lifespan. Development of clinical judgement skills will begin in the classroom as students apply evidence-based practice and the nursing process to concepts of physiological integrity including: safety, oxygenation, perfusion, nutrition, elimination, mobility, integument, sensory, and infection control. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite: Admission to Nursing major. Corequisite: NURS 2007 , NURS 3017 , NURS 3107 , NURS 3117 , NURS 3127 , NURS 3207 , NURS 3038 , and NURS 3307 .
