MUED 3480 - Orchestra Methods

Description: Fall. Concentrated study of organization and administration of orchestra programs and teaching of orchestra music in public and private school settings; emphasizes correlation of methods seminars with practicum activities. Prerequisites: MUED 2400, GPA of 2.5, grade of “C” or better in each course with a MUED prefix, satisfactory progress in all MUCT courses taken prior to enrollment, pass Piano Proficiency I, must have successfully completed two techniques classes, including MUED 1800, and MUSP 3050 with a grade of “C” or better.
