Description: Fall, Spring. Pertinent theoretical and empirical findings about consumer markets and behavior, implications for marketing practice. Topics include: processes of decision making and evaluation; personal, social, environmental, and marketing influences; attitude formation and change; information processing and learning; segmentation of markets. Prerequisite: C or better in MKT 2010  or MKT 3000 . Approved for distance education.
