Description: Fall and Spring. Management utilizing critical path method, activity on arrow, Gantt charts and PERT techniques. Planning, scheduling, control, resource allocation and least-cost expediting using computers. Two hours lecture, two hours laboratory. Prerequisites: CONS 3590 . Extra fee.
