Description: Fall, Spring. Take-off, costing and pricing for typical construction project. Preparation of final bid document including all material, labor, equipment, overhead costs, and profit margin. Two hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory. Prerequisites: C or better in CONS 2590 or consent of instructor. Extra fee.
