EIEC 2340 - Introduction to Teaching Elementary STEAM
Credits: 3
Description: Fall/Spring. An in-depth study of transdisciplinary learning through science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics (STEAM) for PreK-5 teachers. Emphasis will be placed on theoretical approaches, project based learning, and content knowledge needed to plan and assess transdisciplinary learning experiences. Taken with EIEC 2110 , EIEC 2130 , EIEC 3110 , and EDFI 3020 . Prerequisite: C or better in EDTL 2010 and cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
