Description: Study of the strategies that reshape markets, deliver greater value at a lower cost, redefine channels, and secure a competitive advantage. Examination of frameworks that leading companies use to build innovation into their business approach. Develop winning strategies and tools to strengthen a small business’s capacity to drive innovation.
Prerequisite(s): BAT 2100 and BAT 2400 . Offered at BGSU Firelands only.
