Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE) program minor is offered to any undergraduate student major in the University who has completed prerequisites to take the required courses. A student must complete 21 credit hours consisting of four required coures and three elective courses.

ECE 2415 - Analog Electronics
ECE 2495 - Digital Logic Circuits
ECE 3495 - Microprocessors and Embedded Systems

Elective three courses (choose 9 credit hours)

ECE 3105 - Programmable Logic Controllers
ECE 3415 - Electronic Devices and Integrated Circuits
ECE 3445 - Communication Systems
ECE 3535 - Linear Control Systems
ECE 3865 - Computer Communication Networks
ECE 4415 - Instrumental and Signal Processing
ECE 4455 - Wireless and Mobile Systems
ECE 4615 - VLSI Design

Notes:

All students must complete at least 15 credit hours towards the minor that are not counted in the student’s major or specialization or another minor. Course substitutions for the minor must be approved by the Department.
