This minor emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of environmental issues and the role of the natural sciences in addressing and solving environmental problems. Students get a broad foundational understanding of the natural sciences, the environment, and ecosystems by taking courses in multiple science disciplines.
Learning Outcomes:
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interdisciplinary thinking to address environmental problems
- Develop effective communication skills to articulate issues in the field of environmental studies

Students who are Environmental Science minors are required to complete this set of courses. (9-10 Hours) Electives
Students who are Environmental Science minors are required to complete 4 courses from this list. At least one course must have an ENVS prefix. (12-15 Hours) |
