Japanese, Minor

The Japanese Minor is open to students in any major and allows them to gain both language and cultural skills relevant to their future professional endeavors. Students in this program may have opportunities to study abroad in Japan, summer or yearlong.

The requirements for minoring in Japanese are the completion of 18-20 hours of coursework with 12-14 credit hours of Japanese language core courses and 6 hours of electives, including one course on literature or film.
