Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s: Health Services Administration

Criteria and Application Requirements

Students interested in pursuing the Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s in Health Services Administration program plan must:  

1. Be pursuuing at least one of the following degrees/majors:
   • Bachelor of Applied Health Science (BAHS), Specialization in Health Care Administration
   • Bachelor of Applied Health Science (BAHS), Specialization in Health Science 
2. By the start of the student’s Accelerated status, they must have either:
   • 75 credit hours earned and an overall BGSU GPA of at least 3.2, or
   • 90 credit hours earned and an overall BGSU GPA of at least 3.0;     
3. Complete Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s Program Application;
4. Submit transcripts from all universities attended;
5. Submit at least one letter of recommendation from a full-time BGSU faculty member, preferably from graduate faculty within the student’s major or targeted graduate program.

Once the student completes their undergraduate degree, they should complete the remaining requirements for the Master in Health Services Administration program.
