The Bowling Green State University (BGSU), Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program prepares graduates to be entry-level occupational therapists. The full-time- accelerated, hybrid OTD model is completed over 6 semesters in 24 months. The curriculum is designed to prepare the next generation of practitioners to best provide evidenced-based and client centered care.

The program is primarily delivered in a hybrid format.  The BGSU two-year OTD model allows our graduates to enter the workforce sooner and begin their career sooner than students in a traditional three-year OTD program.

The program is taught by renowned occupational therapists and academicians who possess a diverse background in specialties and practice areas. The two-year intensive curriculum is designed with rigor and support to foster students’ growth and confidence.
