This graduate certificate offers coursework in higher education foundations, multicultural competence, social justice, and international comparative studies and can be completed in one academic year. It is geared toward working professionals seeking to develop and enhance the theoretical foundations and practical knowledge and skills necessary for effective advancement of inclusive and equitable administrative practice in postsecondary institutions.
Admission Requirements
Required:
- Earned bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA required. Recommended fields of previous study include higher education and student affairs, college student personnel, counseling, public policy, and related fields and/or experience working in administrative roles in higher education and/or student affairs.
