The Department of Psychology offers a combined master’s and doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. The program prepares students for careers as active contributors to the psychology of work. Learning and developmental experiences are provided though coursework, research, and applied projects. Students are only admitted for the Ph.D. but students can earn a master’s enroute to the doctorate.
