EIEC 3140 - Introduction to Assessment in Inclusive Early Childhood Settings Credits: 3
Description: Fall. Mastery of basic assessment knowledge pertaining to young children, including psychometric principles, diagnostic and prescriptive teaching will support students learning principles central to planning, administering, scoring, and interpreting traditional and performance-based assessments. Administer and interpret scores for data-based decision making. Guidelines and criteria for conducting multidisciplinary evaluation and diagnosing of young children with disabilities. Taken with EIEC 3100 , 3110, 3120, & 3150. Prerequisites: Admission to Advanced Studies in IEC.
