EDTL 2040 - Foundations of Early Childhood Education

Description: Spring. This course is an introduction to early childhood education emphasizing the teaching of young children in schools with diverse populations. The course explores historical, social and philosophical foundations of early childhood education. Field-based course. Transportation required. Prerequisite: EDHD 2010 with letter grade of C or better. Pre-early childhood majors only. C/F hours: 21.
