Description: Transitions across educational, work, and community contexts. Issues, resources, and techniques to make successful transitions including required forms to implement. Prerequisites: EDIS 2310 or EDIS 2500 . Graded. Must be taken concurrently with EDIS 3000 , EDIS 3100 , EDIS 3320 and EDFI 3020 .
