AS 1020 - First-Year Success Seminar Credits: 1-2
Description: This course is designed to help the student define the purpose of their college experience and develop the tools necessary for university success. The student will learn and practice skills such as reading for comprehension, taking effective notes, test taking tactics, and methods of study for college. Individual learning styles, goal setting, and strategies for developing resiliency will also be discussed.
Prerequisite(s): Must be a College of Arts and Sciences student.
