AERO 3120 - Leading People and Effective Communication 2.0

Description: This course is designed for junior cadets with an intent to commission onto active duty and continues to utilize cadets’ field training experience to take a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills, and why that is important as a leader. Students have an opportunity to practice these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors. Successful completion of field training unless enrolled in a two-year commissioning program with department approval and AERO 3110. Offered spring semester only.
