AERO 3110 - Leading People and Effective Communication 1.0

Description: Leading People and Effective Communication is designed for junior cadets with an intent to commission onto active duty and utilizes cadet’s field training experience to take a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills, and why that is important as a leader. Cadets have an opportunity to practice these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment. Successful completion of Field Training, unless enrolled in a two-year commissioning program with department approval. Offered fall semester only.

Prerequisite(s): AERO 1110, AERO 1120, AERO 2110, AERO 2120, and AFROTC Field Training.
