MKT 6300 - Customer Insights and Analytics

An introduction to various marketing research techniques to college and analyze customer information to help marketing decision-making. The skills and tools taught in this course will help students better understand and predict customer behavior. Topics include, but are not limited to, research design, exploratory research, descriptive research, casual research, questionnaire design, sampling design, data preparation, methods of data analysis, and interpretation and presentation of marketing research results. Prerequisite: MBA 6050, STAT 6010. Approved for distance education.
