A multidisciplinary introduction to the basic concepts and theories of consumer behavior. It reviews the knowledge gained from various social sciences in the field of consumer behavior. Emphasis will be given to the underlying factors that influence, and processes that comprise, consumer acquisition, consumption, and disposition of products, services, and ideas. Prerequisites: MBA 6050. Nonrepeatable. Approved for distance education.
