FN 6070 - Community and Public Health Nutrition Credits: 1-3
On demand. In-depth analysis of community and public health nutrition needs across the lifespan. Students will integrate scientific evidence and apply theories of nutrition education and health behavior in the development of prevention and health promotion programs. Program evaluation, public policy, and community based participatory research will also be examined. Prerequisite: Admission to Master’s of Food and Nutrition or Food and Nutrition Graduate Certificate. Repeatable for a maximum of 3 credit hours. Approved for distance education.
