ABA 6060 - Ethical Practices in Behavior Analysis Credits: 3
This course focuses on ethical practices involving the application of principles and procedures covered in ABA I through ABA V. The purpose of this course is to provide students with a strong understanding of ethical issues in applied behavior analysis and the ethical codes as written by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. Specifically, students will discuss a behavior analyst’s ethical responsibility to the: a) profession, b) clients, c) assessment and treatment, d) community and other professionals, e) students and supervisees, and f) research. Students will also learn a history of ethics in the United States. Non repeatable. Approved for distance education.
