ABA 6040 - Behavior Analysis for Training and Supervision Credits: 3
This three-credit course provides an overview of applied behavior analysis within a broad range of educational and supervisory endeavors. It presents equivalence and nonequivalence relations in the context of complex responding. Then, it highlights procedures that have been shown to be effective for teaching complex behaviors to learners (e.g, students, paraprofessionals, professionals) across organizational settings (e.g., schools, agencies). The content is integrated through the conceptual lens of radical behaviorism, the philosophy of the science of behavior. Approved for distance learning. Prerequisites: ABA 6010. Repeatability: no.
