BIOL 6510 - Fundamentals of Ecology Credits: 3
Spring. This course will provide graduate students with a foundation in fundamental concepts and principles of ecology. The focus will be on critical thinking, analysis, presentation, and discussion. Students will develop insights about the questions ecologists ask, and how they go about looking for answers. Topics may include: evolutionary ecology, population ecology, community dynamics and function, conservation biology, landscape ecology, and ecological applications.
