Description: Spring. Introduction to architecture and environmental design methodology through generative 2D and 3D explorations of form and space, geometric representations, and presentation of design solution proposals, Topics include formation of design concepts, program analysis, diagramming, principles of form, order, proportion, scale, and equilibrium. One hour of lecture and four hours laboratory. Credit cannot be granted for both ARCH 2050 and ARCH 2210. Prerequisite: C or better in ARCH 1050. Extra fee.
