VCT 2660 - Front-End Web Development

Description: This course introduces students to front-end web development by exploring the concepts and technologies used in the web development industry. Students apply user-centered design principles to create standards-based web projects. They learn the web languages of HTML for content markup and CSS for visual style. They focus on implementing proper syntax for validation and using semantic standards to promote wide accessibility. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to create a responsive website that functions across multiple platforms. Four hours of lecture/laboratory. Prerequisites VCT 1030 .
