RESP 3600 - Cases and Reviews in Respiratory Care
Credits: 3
Description: Critical thinking, patient/environmental assessment skills, and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines are fused. Focus is on the development and implementation strategies for effective care plans, patient-driven protocols, disease-based clinical pathways, and disease management programs. Key elements necessary to the development of critical thinking skills are reviewed and practiced. Prerequisite: Must be admitted to Respiratory Care program for enrollment.
