PSYC 3330 - Cognitive Neuroscience

Description: Brief review of basic neuroscience principles followed by examination of relationship between brain mechanisms and complex cognitive functions such as learning and memory, language, spatial maps, and problem solving. Three lecture hours; two laboratory hours. This course can be applied toward satisfying the laboratory requirement of the psychology major. Prerequisites: PSYC 1010 , PSYC 2700  and PSYC 2900 , or consent of instructor. PSYC 3300  strongly recommended but not required. Extra fee.
