Description: Substantive knowledge of one area in constitutional law; practical skills necessary for constitutional adjudication; techniques of legal research, writing appellate court briefs and appellate court advocacy. Prerequisites: POLS 4160 and POLS 4170 , or POLS 4180 and permission of instructor.
