PHIL 3030 - Symbolic Logic

Description: Alternate years. Notation and proof procedures used by modern logicians to deal with special problems beyond traditional logic; propositional calculus, truth tables, predicate calculus, nature and kinds of logical proofs. Prerequisite: three hours in PHIL, MATH 2320 , or consent of instructor.
