PHAR 4760 - Pharmacology, Pathophysiology and Therapeutics of Renal Disease

Description: This course prepares the student to assess and manage the drug therapy of diseases of the renal system and to optimize drug therapy in patients with pre-existing renal dysfunction. The course is taught in an interactive style and integrates pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacokinetics, pathophysiology, and therapeutics. Over-the-counter and herbal therapies are specifically included. Prerequisite: P4 Status required. Must be Senior level and admitted to University of Findlay Pharmacy program to be enrolled.
