NURS 4330 - Nursing Leadership and Management

Description: Fall, Spring. Students focus on the professional nurse’s role in applying the principles and theories of leadership and management as a basis for provision of nursing care across healthcare delivery systems. Emphasis will be on leadership concepts to achieve safe, high quality patient-centered nursing care. Prerequisites: Admission to the RN/BSN nursing program and NURS 4350 . Approved for Distance Education.
