Description: Fall, Spring, Summer. Focus on the principles and theories of management/leadership as a basis for provision of nursing care. Emphasis on the concepts of health care delivery, health care infrastructures and attributes and roles of nurse. Prerequisite: NURS 3280 , NURS 3290 , NURS 3300 , NURS 3400 , NURS 3540 . Corequisites: NURS 4130 , NURS 4260.
