FN 4400 - Research Methods in Nutrition, Foods, and Dietetics

Description: This course provides an overview of research methods in food and nutrition with an emphasis on the location, interpretation, evaluation, and use of nutrition research and evidence based guidelines. Prerequisites: FN 3100  and MATH 1150  or equivalent. Approved for distance education.
