FN 4310 - Experimental Foods

Description: Experimental methods of quality control and product development. Scientific reasoning applied to the methods of food preparation. Subjective and objective evaluation criteria will be practiced. Two hours of lecture and three hours of lab. Approved for distance education. Prerequisites: FN 2100 , CHEM 3060  or consent of instructor. Extra fee.
