ESHP 3530 - Venture Creation for Entrepreneurs

Description: How do I start my business; where do I begin? That is the question student entrepreneurs ask the most. During this class, students will create a simplistic business plan that will ensure venture success. It will include an executive summary, definition of the offering, a SWOT & competitive analysis, marketing strategy, operational plan (personnel, inventory, supply chain and location), sales forecasts and financial plan (insurance, taxes, etc.). The result will be an action plan for the first 120 days of business. Prerequisite: ESHP 3310, 3320, 3330, 3340 with a C or better is required for enrollment.
