ESHP 1030 - Real Estate for Entrepreneurs

Description: Students will be introduced to the entrepreneurial aspects of creating and executing real estate investments. This course will be divided into three sections, the acquisition, operations and the sale. Classes will focus on principles, theories and practices of real estate investment from an entrepreneurial perspective. Real estate is multidisciplinary areas of study will include finance, real estate, law (contracts), negotiation theory, property management, marketing, sales and strategy. Guest speakers will enhance the educational environment with practical advice on selected topics.
