ECET 3410 - Electronic Devices

Description: Fall. A study of semiconductor devices, FET transistors, operational amplifiers, power-electronic and optoelectronic devices including theory of operation, specifications, performance testing and applications. One and one-half hours lecture and three hour laboratory. Prerequisite: ECET 2410 or consent of instructor. Extra fee.
