CRJU 3100 - Introduction to Forensic Science Credits: 3
Description: This is a survey course in forensic science. The focus will be on the recognition, collection, preservation and analysis of the various types of physical evidence typically encountered at crime scenes. The goal of this class will be to provide students with a basic understanding of what forensics examination entails, and to prepare them for additional, more in-depth classes in forensic science.
Prerequisite(s): CRJU-Forensic Investigation and CRJU 2300 or permission of instructor. Credit allowed for only one of CHEM 1770 or CRJU 3100. When Offered: Spring.
