Description: Survey of the connections, evolution and interactions between atmosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere, solid earth, and the universe. Two lectures and one two-hour laboratory. Appropriate for science education majors. Credit allowed for no more than one: GEOL 1000 , GEOL 1010, GEOL 1040 , GEOL 1940Q. Not applicable to the BG Perspective (general education) natural sciences requirement.
