Grade Replacement

This policy describes the criteria for grade replacement for graduate students.

Grade Replacement Policy

The following items can be found in the Grade Replacement Policy:

• Exceptions to graduate courses taken at the university counting towards a student’s cumulative GPA
• Completing the “Graduate College Grade Replacement Request” form
• Removing a grade from a transcript
• Grades as a result of an Academic Honesty case
• Transfer Credit
